If your Apple Watch isn't working correctly with your helmet, here are a few things you should check in order to troubleshoot.
1) Are your Apple Watch and helmet paired together?
You first need to download the Lumos Helmet app on your Apple Watch. Please see how to do this here. You can also do this by going to your App and then to Settings > Watch App Setup and following the on-screen instructions.
2) The Lumos App won't download on my Apple Watch!
There have been reported instances where the app was downloaded but not installed onto an Apple Watch, like the screenshot below:
Solution: Please be sure that your Watch OS is on the latest firmware (check for updates). Our app requires the Watch to be watchOS 9 and above.
Should you encounter the same issue or any other problem despite the update, do email us at support@lumoshelmet.co
3) Is your Apple Watch paired with your iPhone? Is it paired with only one helmet?
Please note that your Apple Watch and iPhone should be paired with the same helmet. The Apple Watch can only be paired with one helmet at a time as well.
If this does not solve your issue, please send us an email over at support@lumoshelmet.co with a detailed description of your case. Please also send us a video that clearly shows the problem you're running into with the watch, phone, and helmet.
*If you have sent an email to our Support Team, kindly ensure to also check your spam/junk folder for our reply, just in case it winds up there.
