It depends on your location, but generally anywhere from 4-10 business days is a good estimate. In some European countries, it may take up to 2 weeks (rare case). Please note that during the holiday (peak) season it might take longer to process and ship your order.
You get an estimate when you fill in your shipping information. Please note that we cannot be responsible for errors with shipping date estimates. If you need the helmet before a certain date, we highly recommend you order it earlier rather than later.
If you've received a tracking number and it does not show updates within 4 days, simply email us at support@lumoshelmet.co and we'll be happy to look up to see if there was an error with the courier (right now the process is run by automation, and sometimes it's incorrect or not updated. No worries though, happy to help!)
