If you did not receive your Ultra helmet, please check the following:
1. Did you fill in the Backerkit survey?
We needed you to complete your BackerKit survey in order to fulfill your pledge. Please note that the Backerkit survey is different from the Kickstarter survey. The link to your Backerkit survey has been sent to the email address you used when pledging on Kickstarter or Indiegogo. If you haven't completed the Backerkit survey before it was closed in October 2021, you will have received an email from us with a coupon code and instructions on how to redeem your helmet on our website instead.
2. Did you provide us with the correct shipping address?
Please note that the shipping address you provided in the Backerkit survey is leading and not the one in the Kickstarter survey. Your reward has been shipped to the address indicated in the Backerkit survey therefore it has to be complete and accurate.
3. Did you use an Apple ID email address on Backerkit?
Backers who have pledged to the campaign using their AppleID, will not be able to receive any emails from Backerkit. If you have used a @privaterelay@appleid.com email address linked to your Kickstarter/Indiegogo account, then you must have received an email from us informing you that we need an alternate/valid email address in order to proceed.

Any chance you could share some more specific timeline for shipment to Europe/Poland, please?
I have updated LUMOS with my email and phone number for you to contact me for updates. I have created multiple tickets with no response. I have pre-order last year and also paid including tax. Please provide updates through my email provided. Thanks
I've inquired with you multiple times since receiving notice that my order was shipping, as it only showed one of the two helmets that I ordered. Since the site now shows my order as "fulfilled", I'd like a response -- where is the 2nd helmet? (it was the first one that I ordered, and paid for)
Hi @Davidleisenberg, thank you for your emails, which we have received! Due to the high amount of emails we are receiving, we may need more time than usual to get back to you. I've just had a look at your pledge and see that you indeed pledged for 2 helmets, of which one is shipped. The other one is yet to follow and you'll receive another tracking number when it's on the way to you.
Any update on my Medium MIPS Helmet? My friend already received his and I was the one recommended it. Inordered first. Please check reference number (53078) and provide me an update on my email.
