How to read the battery level using the Lumos App

The app allows you to read the battery level of both your helmet and Lumos Remote*. If you have not paired your helmet with the Lumos App yet, please read this article first.

Helmet
To get the battery level of your helmet, open the app, turn on your helmet and the app gives you the battery reading of the helmet.

Remote
To get the battery level of your remote (Lumos Remote), you need to press either one of its buttons to activate the remote and the updated battery level is displayed on the Dashboard.

Note: It may take some seconds to connect and update the battery life on the Dashboard. While not exactly accurate, it gives you a good idea of how much battery life there's left in your helmet. The reading consists of 5 bars and each stands for 20% of battery life.
