How to replace the Flexi-Fit Retention System on the Ultra Fly or Ultra Fly Pro

If you ever find your retention system or the adjustment dial on your helmet malfunctioning or if it ever breaks apart, please do reach out to us at support@lumoshelmet.co and we'll be able to help you out with a replacement set. 

Once you have your new retention system ready, all you have to do is simply: 

1. Pop up out the mushroom/plugs from the front of the helmet first. There are two plugs installed in the front of the helmet so be sure to pop both out.

2. The other 2 mushrooms/plugs can be found installed into these fan-like pieces at the back of the helmet. You would need to twist and turn the fan-like pieces in order for the retention system to pop off. Rest assured that these retention systems are flexible and can bend at angles so don't worry about having to twist them in order to uninstall/install them. 

3. Once you have all 4 plugs popped out, you'll be able to then insert the new retention system back into place. Be sure to align them properly before inserting the new piece into the helmet, especially the rear edges of the retention system so they sit below these points.
