If your Nyxel helmet won't turn on:
If your helmet isn’t powering on, it might simply be fully out of battery. A quick charge can often resolve the issue.
Make sure you're charging it correctly
Locate the charging port at the back of the helmet.
Gently lift the protective rubber flap covering the port—this helps prevent water from entering.
Insert the USB-C cable into the helmet's charging port.
Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (like a wall adapter, power bank, or computer USB port).
Allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before trying to power it on again.
If your Nyxel helmet won't turn off:
There are a few rare cases where we've seen the helmet 'jammed'. The helmet just stays in a solid mode, and doesn't turn off when the power button is held.
To solve this issue, plug it into a charging cable. This will put the helmet in a soft reset mode.
