The Quad Charging Mat serves as a portable carry case for users with multiple Firefly lights. Please note that the Quad Charging Mat requires a power brick rated at 10W or above. Here is a list of common device that come with suitable charging bricks:

How to charge the Firefly?
- Open the Quad Charging Mat and lay it flat, pockets facing up.
- Place each Firefly in the pockets.
- Ensure the Firefly power button is facing inwards to prevent accidental power on/off.

Plug the charger into a 10W power source using the provided USB-C cable.
- When fully charged, a green status light will be displayed.
- It is best to leave the Quad Charging Mat unfolded during charging for optimal heat dissipation and charge rate.
Disclaimer: You may use your own USB-C cable but please ensure that it is rated to support a 10W power source.
Firefly Charging Indicators
The Lumos Firefly features a small LED indicator to convey different information. Please note the color and the corresponding message:
- Red LED light: Firefly is charging.
- Green LED light: Firefly is fully charged.
- Yellow LED light: Firefly has temporarily paused charging to allow it to charge within acceptable operating temperatures.*
*Disclaimer: For optimal charging, charge in ambient temperatures of <30°C. If the charging gets too hot, Firefly will temporarily stop charging to protect itself from overheating. Charging will automatically resume once it has cooled down sufficiently.
Charging Mat Status Indicators
The Quad Charging Mat comes with 4 small LED indicators to indicate the state of each charging coil. These are the indicators:
- Solid white light: Firefly is detected.
- Blinking white light: A fault has occurred due to overheating or a foreign object is detected on the charging coil.
Quad Charging Mat Care Tips
- The Quad Charging Mat is designed to withstand cold winter conditions. However, allow it to dry off any condensation before plugging it in.
- To clean the charger, use a damp cloth and wipe it down.
- Avoid over-folding the Quad Charging Mat as it may damage the electronics.
- To prevent damage to the Firefly pockets, store the Quad Charging Mat in a closed position when not in use.
