The Lumos App allows you to personalize your light settings to suit your riding needs and unlock upgrades on the light. To unlock your light's full potential, please download the Lumos App before proceeding with this guide. More info on downloading the App can be found here.
Once the App has been downloaded, you'll either be prompted to the pairing process right away if this is your first time using the App or your first device. If a helmet and a remote have already been paired to the App, simply click on the "All Devices" tab and then the "+" icon on the top right corner of your screen.
To pair your lights:
- Download and launch the Lumos App.
- Click on the "+" icon
- Put your Firefly lights into "Pairing Mode" by holding down the power button for 3 seconds or so. If done correctly, they should give you a breathing animation (see the video below).
- Please also make sure that the devices are in Bluetooth range and once the App shows that there are devices in your range, click on "Tap to Pair"
- Click on "I'm done with pairing" once you see a "Paired" message on the side of the device. Voila!
NOTE: If you find yourself pairing multiple devices at the same time (helmets, firefly, and remote), we found that pairing 2 devices at a time works best! Simply follow the steps but with 2 devices at a time if your phone is unable to locate them on the pairing page.
How the process should look like:
If for whatever reason your devices are not going into "Pairing Mode" or you're not able to complete the process, please do reach out to our support team at support@lumoshelmet.co.

I’ve tried many times today to pair my fireflies without any success. I have an iPhone 12. Any solution?
