Limited Warranty

If you haven't registered your warranty yet, please head over to our warranty registration page.

Summary points:

Our limited warranty covers products purchased directly from Lumos or from a Lumos Authorized Reseller.
- Purchased from lumoshelmet.co or Lumos Helmet on Amazon? You're covered directly by us — see the instructions below to expedite your case.
- Purchased from Velotric, Urtopia, or Himiway? Please reach out to them directly. Their team will coordinate with us internally to process your warranty claim.
- Purchased from any other third-party retailer? You'll need to obtain warranty service through that retailer directly.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred upon sale, lease, or transfer of the product.
Replacement products can only be provided within the country of purchase.
The standard warranty period starts from the date of purchase and requires proof of purchase if not registered.
- If registered within 30 days of purchase, the standard warranty period will instead run from the date of registration. A registration card with a QR code linking to the registration page comes in the original product packaging.
If you're facing issues with the registration page or keep receiving errors, please email us directly at support@lumoshelmet.co with the following:

A quick summary of what isn't working.
Your order number (e.g. US#1234) or a copy of your Amazon receipt.
Photo or video proof of the issue.
Serial number (S/N) of your helmet — found on a white sticker inside the helmet.
Your shipping address and phone number (used for courier purposes only).
