    Not all order come with a S/N on the order.

    The S/N of my Lumos Mips is only available on a white sticker placed on the mips, inside the helmet.

    It 'd be good to tell it.

    I spent over an hour trying to register our 2 helmets. The process borders on total ignorance of Customer Service. I own 2 adult helmets, 1 white and 1 black. Purchased through Amazon for my wife and I last week. Please make note in account history. I’ll waste no more time.

    It just says “The order number and purchase date do not match” but they are definitely correct.

    I've tried to submit a warranty but the site says that the S/N is wrong - it's definitely correct as is the order number. Please advise. I am having problems with charging.
