Our helmet comes shipped with a remote and charging cable in the box. If you've ordered extra accessories, they may be shipped separately in some cases.
In general, one part of your order may ship a few days earlier. If the second part of your order hasn't arrived in a week, please send us an email at support@lumoshelmet.co so we can help look up your order status with our shipping partner.
(In peak seasons like Christmas, this delay may be a bit longer. Please order early to ensure delivery is on time.)
*Please note that any issues (including missing, defective items, etc.) with your order must be brought to our attention within 30 days of its arrival.
**If you have sent an email to our Support Team, kindly ensure to also check your spam/junk folder for our reply, just in case it winds up there.
