Variations:

Our helmet comes shipped with a remote and charging cable in the box. If you've ordered extra accessories, they may be shipped separately in some cases. However, in this case, you will definitely be receiving two separate tracking numbers.
In general, one part of your order may ship a few days earlier. If the second part of your order hasn't arrived in a week, please send us an email at support@lumoshelmet.co so we can help look up your order status with our shipping partner.
(In peak seasons like Christmas, this delay may be a bit longer. Please order early to ensure delivery is on time.)
*Please note that any issues (including missing, defective items, etc.) with your order must be brought to our attention within 30 days of its arrival.
