Variations:

Our helmet comes shipped with a remote and charging cable in the box. If you've ordered extra accessories, they may be shipped separately in some cases (please double check if you've receive a second tracking number) However, in this case, you will definitely be receiving two separate tracking numbers.
In general, one part of your order may ship a few days earlier. If the second part of your order hasn't arrived in a week, please send us an email at support@lumoshelmet.co so we can help look up your order status with our shipping partner.
(In peak seasons like Christmas, this delay may be a bit longer. Please order early to ensure delivery is on time.)
*Please note that any issues (including missing, defective items, etc.) with your order must be brought to our attention within 30 days of its arrival.
**If you have sent an email to our Support Team, kindly ensure to also check your spam/junk folder for our reply, just in case it winds up there.**

All items from my order are missing. The order you say was delivered is nowhere to be found. Please resend ASAP and use a reliable carrier like UPS. Please do not send via usps, as they are notoriously unreliable.

Where is my order ?? I have contacted your support email for the last 2 weeks and you have not responded. The only message i have from you is that the address information is inncorrect accoring to yor delivery service. LET ME BE CLEAR it is not incorrect it is correct !! and your driver attemped to deliver the products (Ultra Helmet and Liner value $250) a total of 3 time all on teh same DAY and all within 10 MINUTES - Whats wrong with your driver ? that they would do that. Furthermore YOU have not given me the PHONE NUMBER of the driver ?? HOW CAN I GET MY PRODUCTS - I PAYED FOR THEM - RETURN my money or give me the PRODUCTS THAT I ORDERED - Thank you.
