After a successful helmet or light update, turn it on and wait for automatic reconnection.
My remote updated, but the rest of my setup did not
The BLE migration has separate stages.
After updating the USB-C remote:
Unplug its charging cable.
Hold both turn buttons until their yellow lights breathe.
Pair the remote with the Lumos app.
Follow the new firmware prompts for your compatible helmets and lights.
The remote must be recognized by the app before the next updates become available.
Until all intended devices have moved to BLE, some may not respond to the remote or synchronize with the others. Devices on 2.4G cannot communicate with devices on BLE.
An additional prompt does not necessarily mean an earlier update failed.
During a BLE migration, helmets and lights first receive the latest 2.4G firmware. After the BLE remote is paired with the app, those devices receive another update to move to BLE.
Follow the sequence in the upgrade guide rather than assuming every new prompt is a repeat of the same update.
Why is Customize still unavailable?
Customize remains unavailable while any paired device needs its latest applicable firmware.
Check the remaining devices, turn them on, and complete their available updates. Then return to Customize.
You do not need to move a compatible 2.4G setup to BLE just to use Customize.

If the device will not turn on or reconnect, mention that too. You do not need to obtain its firmware version before contacting support.
Do not uninstall the app, clear its data, factory-reset your devices, or try an undocumented downgrade. App-only drafts and custom flash patterns cannot be recovered after deletion.
